Able to communicate in an articulate manner, both verbally and via email.
Proactive and willing to always try to improve.
Able to review, clear, and navigate a title report.
Familiar with purchase contract review.
Proficient in order outs, tracking receipt, and follow up.
A notary - Willing and capable of performing client signings.
Never going to use the phrases: "that's not my job", "that's not my file", "I can't help you", or anything else on that order.
